Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at teamlyva@gmail.com with your order number and let us know what you'd like to return.

What we accept
Items need to be unworn, unwashed and still have their tags on. If something comes back worn or damaged, we may not be able to give a full refund.

Postage
Return postage is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size, just return the item and place a new order.

Faulty or wrong item?
Sorry about that! Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll cover the return postage and send a replacement or full refund.
